UNIT WAS INSPECTED AND FOUND TO HAVE AN UNAPPROVED MODIFICATION THAT ALLOWED INSTALLATION OF A 250W CAVITY. THIS UNIT WAS DESIGNED FOR 125W ONLY. THE UNIT WAS TAGGED AS SERVICEABLE.
