WHILE C/W AD 95-21-01 AND SB 219, THE PROPELLER WAS FOUND CRACKED PAST THE ACCEPTABLE LIMITS. THIS PROPELLER HAS NO HISTORY OF DAMAGE. PROPELLER WAS REMOVED FROM SERVICE.
