RIGHT ENGINE SECURED AT CRUISE. FOUND 90 DEGREE ELBOW FITTING FOR PROPELLER RESET MOUNTED ON PROPELLER GOVERNOR CRACKED ON INSIDE RADIUS. SUBMITTER STATED THIS IS POST-SB 7700-90, WHICH IS SUPPOSED TO PREVENT THIS OCCURENCE.
