RUDDER SPAR CRACKED AT TOP HINGE LOCATION. REPLACED SPAR P/N B62013-2, ADDED DOUBLER P/N 62013-23. CRACK WAS .75 INCH LONG FROM RIVET HOLES ON RIGHT SIDE.
