What was found
DURING ROUTINE MAINTENANCE, ELEVATOR TAB PUSH/PULL RODS WERE REMOVED TO LUBRICATE ACTUATOR SCREWS. THE ROD WAS FOUND TO HAVE BRAZE REPAIR OVER A CRACK AND WAS SPLIT OPEN.
