PILOTS PRE-FLIGHT INSPECTION FOUND RT SIDE OF AIRCRAFT AT STA 215 WITH SKIN CRACKED. FURTHER INVESTIGATION, STRINGER CRACKED AT BULKHEAD STA 215. SUBMITTER STATED THIS AIRCRAFT USED FOR MULTI-ENGINE TRAINING, SUSPECT SINGLE ENGINE FLIGHT FATIGUES EMPENNAGE STRUCTURE.
