AIRCRAFT RETURNED HOME AIRPORT AFTER REPAINTING. WHILE PERFORMING WALK-AROUND, NOTICED REQUIRED MARKINGS (STAB TRIM ACTUATOR) NOT IN PLACE PER AD 91-17-01. PAINT SHOP HAD COVERED THESE MARKINGS AND NOT REINSTALLED THEM.
