STARTER RECEIVED FROM OVERHAUL REPAIR STATION. INSTALLED AND MADE ONE START AND UNIT FAILED. STARTER SPINS, BUT WILL NOT ENGAGE. REMOVED, RETURNED TO REPAIR STATION FOR REWORK. RECOMMEND THAT REPAIR STATION CHECK OUT QUALITY OF REPAIRS/OVERHAUL.
