PILOT'S LEFT OUTBOARD RUDDER CABLE BROKE AT NICO PRESSURE FITTING. WITH RUDDER PEDALS ADJUSTED FULL FORWARD POSITION, S-TUBE MAKES CONTACT WITH NICO-PRESSURE FITTING. S-TUBE WORE THROUGH THE CABLE. AIRCRAFT WAS ON THE GROUND.
