ENGINE WAS VENTING OIL OVERBOARD FROM LARGE VENT LINE CONNECTED TO N1 GEARBOX. ALL POSSIBLE STEPS TO CORRECT WERE NOT SUCCESSFUL. ENGINE WAS REPLACED AUGUST 29, 1996.
