WING BOOTS INFLATED AND STAYED INFLATED UNTIL ENGINE SHUT DOWN. THEY WOULD NOT RESET. REMOVED FLOW CONTROL EJECTOR VALVE AND FOUND OVERBOARD PORT PLUGGED WITH MUD AND INSECT EGG SACKS.
