BALANCE PATCH CAME OPFF AFTER 97 LANDINGS. THIS IS SECOND TIME HAVE HAD PROBLEMS WITH THIS PART NUMBERED TIRE IN 6 MONTHS. LAST TIRE HAD EXCESSIVE SIDE WALL VENTING (ALSO AT 97 LANDINGS).
