What was found
DURING INSPECTION OF TAIL ROTOR ASSY DURING POST-FLIGHT INSPECTION, TWO BOLTS FOUND FRACTURED. THE RED T/R BLADE AND ALL EIGHT BOLTS WERE REPLACED. THERE WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE AIRCRAFT EXCEPT AS NOTED HEREIN.
