What was found
FLAP ACTUATOR SHAFT WAS FOUND CRACKED THE ENTIRE LENGTH OF THE SHAFT. CAUSE OF CRACK IS UNKNOWN. THE FLAP MOTOR AND GEAR BOX ASSY WERE ALSO FOUND TO BE WORN AT THIS SAME TIME.
