FLAP ACTUATOR TRANSMISSION SUPPORT MOUNT AFT ATTACH POINT TAB FOUND BROKEN OFF AND HAD BEEN FOR SOME TIME. FLAPS HAD EXCESSIVE UP AND DOWN FREE TRAVEL. SUSPECT EXPOSURE TO TAIL WINDS ON THE PARKING AREA.
