GAS END CAP BLEW OFF THE ASSY. DURING TEST, ON INSPECTION, FOUND PREVIOUS INTERNAL CRACK IN THE CIRCUMFERENCE ON THE I/D OF CAP. TEST BEING PERFORMED WAS PRELIMINARY BEFORE DISASSEMBLY.
