UNDER NORMAL OPERATING CONDITIONS, THE PROTECTIVE COATING IS DEBONDING FROM THE SURFACE (LEADING EDGE) OF NEW VANES. DEFECT WAS FOUND BY BORESCOPING THE ENGINE.
