LEFT NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR ADJUSTED TOO TIGHT AGAINST AFT TOP PLATE IN WHEELWELL. AFTER SEVERAL RETRACTIONS, DOOR PULLED OVER STOP PLATE AND WEDGED INTO WHEELWELL PREVENTING NLG EXTENSION. RECOMMENDATION: IMPROVE INSTRUCTIONS TO PIPER MM.
