DURING PHASE 12 INSPECTION, RIGHT FLAP ACTUATOR FAILED INTERNAL LEAKAGE CHECK. REPLACED ACTUATOR. ACTUATOR INTERNAL O-RING FAILURE SUSPECTED CAUSE. THIS IS THE FIRST TIME AN ACTUATOR HAS FAILED THIS TEST ON A PHASE 12 INSPECTION HERE.
