DURING CLIMBOUT, UNABLE TO PRESSURIZE THE AIRCRAFT. FLIGHT RETURNED TO MSP AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. MAINTENANCE FOUND DEBRIS UNDER SEAL IN ACCESSORY COMPARTMENT DOOR. REMOVED DEBRIS, SYSTEM OPERATED OK.
