DURING CLIMB, THE NR 2 VOR/LOC FLAG APPEARED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO DTW AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED THE NR 2 VOR RECEIVER, OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
