DURING LINE CHECK, CEILING MOUNTED EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROWS 20-23 WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH WHEN SHIP'S BATTERY IS SELECTED OFF AND POWER IS REMOVED. REPLACED BATTERIES. OPERATIONAL CHECK NORMAL.
