What was found
DURING LINE CHECK, FOUND OVERHEAD EMERGENCY LIGHTS AT ROWS 20-24 WOULD NOT EXTINGUISH WITH AIRCRAFT BATTERY IN OFF POSITION. REPLACED POWER SUPPLY AND BATTERIES. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
