AFTER TAKEOFF, LEFT WING DOOR LIGHT ILLUMINATED IN BOTH PRIMARY AND ALTERNATE POSITION ACCOMPANIED WITH RED DOOR AND GEAR LIGHT. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO BKK. REPLACED LEFT WING DOOR ACTUATOR PER MAINTENANCE MANUAL. OPERATION CHECKS NORMAL.
