What was found
DURING AN ROUTINE INSPECTION, A RIVET IN THE ICE VANE WAS FOUND MISSING. INSPECTION OF THE COMPRESSOR REVEALED THE BLIND RIVET WENT THOUGH THE ENGINE. THE GAS GEN WAS REPLACED DUE TO FOD. (M)
