AUXILIARY HYD POWER SURGE DAMPER ACCUMULATOR TANK HAD NEW DIAPHRAGM INSTALLED AT OVERHAUL. DIAPHRAGM FAILED (TORN) AFTER 2 MONTHS TIME IN SERVICE. DIAPHRAGM SEPARATES HYD FLUID AND AIR. THIS PART WAS OBTAINED FROM THE MANUFACTURER.
