What was found
DURING AN INSPECTION REQUIRING WING LEADING EDGE PANEL REMOVAL, THE OUTBOARD CENTER LEADING EDGE SECTION ANTI-ICING SUPPLY TUBE WAS FOUND CRACKED AND NOT CONNECTED. THIS WAS DUE TO MISALIGNMENT WHEN INSTALLED NEW AT THE FACTORY.
