MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR WOULD NOT CLOSE COMPLETELY. INVESTIGATION FOUND STRUCTURAL FAILURE OF MAIN ENTRANCE DOOR ACTUATOR MOUNTING. REPLACED FITTING AND CHANNEL P/N 159B.10456-23. DOOR OPERATIONALLY CHECKED AND ACFT RETURNED TO SERVICE.
