TWO NEW PARTS RECEIVED FROM CESSNA. INLET STANDPIPE NOT FULLY INSERTED BEFORE CRIMP ALLOWING STANDPIPE TO FALL OUT. FUEL WOULD BYPASS STAINER SCREEN. DEFECT FOUND BY MECHANIC BEFORE INSTALLATION.
