AFTER HEAVY BRAKING, PILOT REPORTED RT BRAKE FAILURE. INSPECTION REVEALED RT BRAKE DISC HAD TORN AWAY FROM WHEEL ASSY. THIS FAILURE IS IDENTICAL TO FAILURE LISTED A.M.T. MAGAZINE DATE MAY/JUNE 1997.
