What was found
DURING PHASE INSPECTION, FOUND CRACK IN PYLON SKIN ACROSS RIVET HOLE. THIS CRACK EMANATED FROM CORROSION OF THE SKIN. FURTHER INSPECTION REVEALED CORROSION ON VARIOUS MEMBERS IN THE PYLON.
