BATTERY RELAY FAILED TO ENGAGE. SUBSEQUENT TROUBLESHOOTING DISCLOSED SEVERE INTERNAL CORROSION. CONDITIONS SUGGEST THAT THE BATTERY RELAY BOX HAD BEEN PARTIALLY SUBMERGED IN WATER FOR A CONSIDERABLE AMOUNT OF TIME.
