What was found
DURING CLIMB, THE NR 1 HYDRAULIC SYSTEM FAILED AND THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR OPEN LIGHT ILLUMINATED. AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO ANC AND LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT. REPLACED THE NOSE LANDING GEAR DOOR ACTUATOR. OPERATIONAL CHECK GOOD.
