THE WING STAB HEAT SWITCH WAS IMMEDIATELY TURNED OFF. INVESTIGATION REVEALED AN OPEN GAP OF APPROXIMATELY .125 INCH BETWEEN FLANGES WHERE TWO SECTIONS MATE TOGETHER ON THE STEEL TRANSVERSE DUCT ASSY.
