What was found
DURING AN ANNUAL INSPECTION WHILE PERFORMING THE CYCLIC STICK SLACK INSPECTION, THE LATERAL PIVOT BOLT WAS FOUND LOOSE CAUSING FORE AND AFT SLACK. REPLACED BEARINGS AND RETORQUED THE BOLT.
