AFT RUDDER CABLE WAS EVIDENTLY ROUTED THROUGH AFT PULLEY BRACKET UNDER FORWARD CABLE GUARD ON PULLEY GROOVE, BUT OVER AFT CABLE GUARD (NAS427K11). THE RESULTING FRICTION FRAYED CABLE ALMOST TO THE BREAKING POINT AND CRACKED AND DAMAGED CABLE GUARD.
