BLADE ACTUATING SCREWS STRIPPED OUT. POSSIBLY DUE TO OVERTORQUE CAUSING NR 2 BLADE TO NOT FUNCTION. CAUSED DAMAGE TO LINK ARM AND MINOR DAMAGE TO HUB. REPLACED BLADE. REPAIRED OTHER MINOR DAMAGE AND RETURNED TO SERVICE. (X)
