THE SAFETY FITTINGS DISC WAS TAMPERED AND REPLACED WITH ALUMINUM MATERIAL CUT-OUT. MORE THAN LIKELY FROM A 'COKE' CAN. THE MATERIAL SERIOUSLY AFFECTS THE OPERATION OF THE EXTINGUISHER AS IT HAS AN UNKNOWN RATED PRESSURE TO STAND.
