What was found
DURING A ROUTINE FLIGHT, THE INSIDE PANE OF THE WINDSHIELD SHATTERED. THE AIRCRAFT LANDED WITHOUT INCIDENT, AND THE WINDSHIELD WAS REPLACED. THERE WERE NO NOTED DEFECTS IN THE WINDSHIELD PRIOR TO THE FLIGHT (ONLY THE INSIDE PANE SHATTERED).
