What was found

DURING A ROUTINE COMPRESSION CHECK, THE EXHAUST VALVE ON THE NR 2 CYLINDER WAS FOUND LEAKING. THE REMOVED CYLINDER, EXHAUST VALVE AND GUIDE WERE FOUND WORN OUT. SUBMITTER SUGGESTED POSSIBLE CAUSE AS DEFECTIVE PARTS OR ASSEMBLY PROCESS AT THE FACTORY.
