SPALLED LIFTER WAS FOUND AFTER NR 1 CYLINDER WAS REMOVED DUE TO LOW COMPRESSION. SUSPECT MANUFACTURING DEFECT OR OIL FILM FAILURE. ENGINE WAS USING AEROSHELL 15W-50.
