OUTFITTER - INSTALLED WATER FILL/DRAIN LINES INCORPORATE 120 VAC HEAT ELEMENT. THREE OCCURRENCES OF THE ELEMENT BURNING HOLE IN HOSE. ONE OF THE OCCURRENCES SINGED THE INSULATION AND SOUNDPROOFING.
