NR 415 76C030-00, RT WING-OUTBD AILERON 2ND AILERON HINGE OB HING CASTING HAS DEEP PITTED CORROSION TO MAGNESIUM CASTING. REMOVED AND REPLACED CASTING WITH NEW TYPE SANDCAST ALUM IAW BOEING INSTALL DRAW NR 65-19260 AND FASTENERS WITH SRM 51-30-2 AND STANDARD PRACTICES.
