A/C LOST PRESSURIZATION ON CLIMB-OUT FROM COS, NO LIGHTS ILLUM ON DOOR PANEL. A/C BLOCKED IN FOUND L1 DOOR AFT SECTION WAS IN 2 INCHES. FWD SECTION WAS FLUSH.
