FOUND DURING D-CHECK. RT WING L/E ABOVE NR PYLON. ONE LOOSE FASTENER WITH SKIN WASHER, ONE FASTENER MISSING. (EO). TIGHTENED THE LOOSE FASTENER. INSTALLED NAS1670L4 JO-BOLT IN OPEN HOLE.
