DURNIG A MAINTENANCE TEST FLIGHT, REQUIRED MORE THAN USUAL RUDDER TRIM. AFTER LANDING, NOTICED FLIGHT TAB APPEARED TO BE STUCK TO ONE SIDE. REMOVED RUDDER AND RUDDER POST. FOUND RUDDER QUADRANT LOCK BEARING FROZEN. BEARING REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
