RIGHT AIRBRAKE UPPER ATTACH POINT BOLT PLATING IS WORN OFF, BOLT WAS FROZEN IN BEARING. REMOVED AND REPLACED HINGE PIN AND BUSH. INSTALLED DURING AIRBRAKE INSTALLATION. SEE W/C NR 3019 FOR INSTALLATION. (M)
