RIGHT ENGINE POWER LOSS ON TAKEOFF ROLL PRIOR TO FULL POWER. TAKEOFF ABORTED WITHOUT INCIDENT. LOUD 'BANG' HEARD BY CREW PRIOR TO POWER LOSS. ENGINE WAS REMOVED AND REPLACED AND AIRCRAFT RETURNED TO SERVICE. (M)
