AIRCRAFT WAS ON DOWN-WIND: CABIN FILLED WITH SMOKE. FOUND CABIN FLUORESCENT LIGHT POWER SUPPLY FAULTY, OVERHEATED, RUPTURED, BURNT, AND LEAKING. CIRCUIT BREAKER DID NOT TRIP. CHECKED CIRCUIT BREAKER FOR CORRECT OPERATION.
