CUSTOMER COMPLAINED OF HARD STARTING. REMOVED LEFT MAGNETO AND FOUND IMPULSE FLYWEIGHTS (PAWLS) NOT ENGAGING THE STOP PINS WHEN ROTATED AT STARTING SPEED DUE TO SEVERE WEAR OF THE PAWL OR PIVOT PINS. IMPULSE COUPLING HAD BEEN INSTALLED 54 HOURS AGO.
